At Carry Gently we recognise that the performance of our staff defines what we are as a company. Accordingly, we place significant emphasis on training and continuing personal development to ensure we can continue to meet the changing demands of our market. Staff are trained in a diverse range of skills, for example: Manual Handling; Defensive Driving; Electric Stair climber use; Health and Safety Awareness; Site Management; and Customer Service.
Our experienced workforce at Carry Gently is motivated by and rewarded for individual performance and the results achieved by working as part of a successful team. At an average term of employment of over 15 years per employee, combined with a strict policy of not engaging subcontracted or agency drivers, our customers benefit from this continuity of personnel by seeing a consistently high quality of service delivered.
