Site Surveys, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Migration Security Plans are key elements of the pre-implementation planning phase for certain moves or projects. They are also vital to ensuring the correct resources are deployed to complete work safely and in compliance with relevant Health and Safety legislation, first time round. Where necessary our surveyor will liaise with the customer’s own Health and Safety representative to discuss survey findings and to ensure the requirements of both parties are met. Our documentation is comprehensive and reports are normally provided within 24 hours of a survey being carried out.
Surveys etc will not always be required but in certain cases we will insist on undertaking a survey in order to comply with our fundamental duty of care to our staff and our insurers. The cost of something going wrong, or us not being unable to complete a job because the customer didn’t provide the correct information, will always far outweigh the cost of a survey.
